Last week we had several beautiful submissions, including two in the Spanish language! Luckily, Marie was kind enough to host and translate these for use into English. We’re glad she did because, phew, these stories are hot! Posy’s Hans and Greta story continues, which was equally hot, as were the other tales by Steeled Snake, May, Liz and Marie. Prompt 30 – Waiting
One of the first rules of writing is: never keep your character waiting. Make sure your character isn’t alone and always have them doing something. So how to tackle this prompt? Maybe your characters have to do other tasks while waiting for the one they actually want. The anticipation is building, the nerves are rumbling. Will it be worth the wait? Will whatever they had been waiting for turn out to be a success? Or would they rather not have waited? Share your best stories down below, whether they use the prompt or not.
